Presentation Skills; Writing, Presenting & Defending Business Cases (Advanced)
Power up your presence and the impact you make by learning vocal projection, pacing, stance, posture, breathing, gesture and movement. Extend your knowledge of forming your message by structuring a presentation for a particular audience and applying practical tips and rules for what works from the trainer. Engage and interact with the audience and empower your interpersonal skills in a ‘learn to do by doing’ format.
- Acquisition of the tools and skills required when preparing a targeted, captivating, well-structured and convincing pitch to a decision-making body
- Deliver people-centered, not media-centered pitches for maximum results and impact
- Learn the essential skill of identifying relevant and essential content, effectively answer the Board’s’ questions about your case or proposal
- Ensure you have a clearly developed and defined ‘why’, ‘what’ and ‘how’ in each pitch
- Utilize a critical thinking approach to create pitch content with the overall goal of selling your case or idea while at the same time assisting in agile and streamlined decision making with a view to extending and advancing business objectives
