This course is for those wishing to conduct themselves in a highly professional manner by mastering small talk and honing interpersonal skill. Learn to conduct verbal and written exchanges that get to the point in a diplomatic way while paying attention to and understanding social cues and body language.
- Instruction in the communication skills required when conducting business with internal and/or external clients and counterparts
- Behaviour and language when acting as host or when you are the guest
- Enhancement of small talk capabilities, meeting and discussion skills, report writing and presenting and, in addition, the acquisition of business and industry-specific terminology and acquiring the art of diplomatic communication
