We truly address our clients’ needs by incorporating their work-specific issues and documents into the training. We tailor make course materials which are kept up-to-date to reflect changes in the banking, business, real estate, hospitality and legal sectors. Our training is interactive and dynamic and our trainers are highly qualified and experienced. We see our courses as being complimentary or a logical next step up to those being offered by language schools as we very much maintain a business focus. We typically provide full days of training, rather than one or two hours each week.  A full day of training  is the most productive way of seeing improvement in peoples’ skills.

We research and write the course materials ourselves. This ensures the materials are up-to-date, incorporating any changes in the marketplace as and when they occur. Participants receive materials that are very relevant to their jobs.

We do not have more than ten participants in a group so that each person has ample opportunity to communicate within the group. In this way the trainer can also address the individual needs of the participants.  Presentation Skills course groups are kept to a maximum of eight participants.

Typically, no.  We offer modular courses of full days of training to allow the  focus needed when learning communication skills, soft skills, business writing and/or  English.  If you think about it, you can block a full day or days of training in your diary and be away from work less overall while learning much more in a shorter space of time.  This is both time and cost effective!
